Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the withdrawal function on our website labelled “Cancel contract”. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information about the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your communication withdrawing from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to Joanna Rutkowska, Kölner Straße 26, 60327 Frankfurt am Main Personal returns may be arranged by prior appointment. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Personal returns to the stated address are possible by prior appointment. We do not charge a return fee for this.

For artworks that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, you also bear the direct return costs. These costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately [RETURN TRANSPORT COSTS IN EUR] EUR.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
